By using our website, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

When you access our website, our web server automatically and temporarily stores the following information:

  • IP address of the accessing device

  • Date and time of access

  • Name and URL of the file retrieved

  • Referrer URL (the previously visited website)

  • Browser and operating system used

  • Name of the internet service provider

  • Country of access

This data is used for system security, error analysis and statistical evaluation, and is deleted after 12 months at the latest.

b) When You Place an Order or Request a Quote

If you order products from us or request a quote, we process the following personal data:

  • First and last name

  • Address

  • E-mail address

  • Payment information

  • Order information

  • Telephone number (if provided voluntarily)

Processing is carried out for the performance of the contract and the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and Art. 31 nFADP).

4. Use for Advertising Purposes

a) Newsletter

You will only receive our newsletter with your express consent. Your e-mail address is used to send you information about our offers until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can do so at any time.

We analyse the newsletter’s open and click rates in pseudonymised form. If you do not wish this, please unsubscribe from the newsletter.

b) Advertising to Existing Customers

If you are already a customer, we may send you information about similar products by e-mail. You can object to this use at any time.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Personal data is only passed on if:

For purchases on account, we reserve the right to pass on your data to the following agency for a credit check:

The credit assessment is based on a mathematical-statistical procedure. Processing is carried out to safeguard legitimate interests.

7. Data Transfers Abroad

Data is only transferred abroad (e.g. to IT service providers or affiliated companies) if adequate data protection within the meaning of the nFADP is ensured (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

You have the right at any time:

  • to obtain information about the data stored about you

  • to have inaccurate data corrected

  • to request the deletion of your data, provided no statutory retention obligation exists

  • to revoke your consent at any time (with effect for the future)

  • to object to the processing of your data

9. Retention Obligations

Certain data (e.g. invoices) must be retained for 10 years due to statutory requirements (e.g. the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the VAT Act). During this period, the data is blocked and used exclusively for archiving purposes.

We use technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss or unauthorised access. Our systems are protected by firewalls, access restrictions and encryption.

Access to your customer account is only possible with your personal password. We recommend treating your login details confidentially and closing the browser window after each session.
